PROJECT SCOPE:
Identity, magazine design

COMPETITION AND MARKET:
Main competitors are PC Magazine, which targets more technically sophisticated consumers, and Wired Magazine, which serves a younger crowd and focuses more on digital culture and “popular electronics.”

SOLUTION:
This masthead gets straight to the point by incorporating the well-known attribute of a PC without sacrificing readability. The all-lower case letters suggest the informal world of computing as well as cater to the average consumer, which this magazine targets. Color scheme would change from issue to issue.
